The RITNAK Training Institute facilitated a training workshop aimed at building the capacity of the directors, managers and officers of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). The training workshop was designed to equip the staff of NHIA with contemporary strategic leadership and management skills to enhance organisational performance. This training was particularly critical as it intends to provide the NHIA with introspective and assessment roadmaps to guide their next journey after 20 years of existence. Key among the training programs were Impactful Leadership, Leadership Role and Development, Emotional Intelligence and Performance Coaching, Financial Wellness and Work-life Balance.
